We present an application for mobile phones and devices as a tool to promote citizen complaints and access to public information.
With these tools, easily accessible and free of charge, promote the principle of citizen participation as an essential ingredient to building a participatory democracy to new links between society and institutions. This facilitates the exercise of social control, which favors the recovery of the legitimacy of state institutions, strengthen governance, and creates an opportunity to strengthen democracy and respect of the public as everyone's responsibility.
